Trackhawk Foundation is looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to be part of one of the biggest sustainability festivals! Whether you want to contribute on the event day, work part-time, or take on a full-time role in the pre-event planning, we have multiple opportunities suited to your skills and availability.

Available Roles
Volunteers will be assigned based on their skills, experience, and capacity in the following areas:
1. Event Operations & Logistics
- Setup and teardown of event infrastructure
- Managing crowd flow and assisting attendees
- Coordinating with vendors and exhibitors
- Overseeing equipment and supplies
2. Registration & Guest Management
- Handling check-ins and registration desks
- Assisting VIPs, speakers, and panelists
- Providing event information and guidance
- Ensuring a seamless attendee experience
3. Fix It Zone Support
- Assisting professionals in repair and repurposing workshops
- Managing tools and materials
- Helping attendees with hands-on DIY sustainability practices
4. Marketing & Social Media
- Live event coverage (photo, video, interviews)
- Managing social media updates during the event
- Content creation for promotional campaigns
- Engaging with attendees online and offline
5. Sustainability & Green Initiatives
- Educating attendees about eco-friendly practices
- Ensuring waste segregation and zero-waste compliance
- Encouraging sustainable behavior throughout the festival
6. Program & Speaker Coordination
- Assisting speakers and panelists with logistics
- Managing stage transitions and session timing
- Handling Q&A sessions and audience engagement
7. Partner & Exhibitor Relations
- Assisting exhibitors and sponsors with setup
- Ensuring smooth collaboration between partners
- Managing exhibitor queries and logistics
8. Technical Support & IT Assistance
- Managing audiovisual equipment
- Assisting in virtual streaming (if applicable)
- Troubleshooting tech-related issues
Commitment Levels
1. Event-Day Volunteers
- Work during the festival (March 21-23, 2025)
- Assist in specific roles for smooth event execution
- Perfect for those who want to contribute for a short period
2. Part-Time Volunteers
- Work in the lead-up to the event (February-March 2025)
- Help with planning, marketing, outreach, or logistics
- Flexible hours based on availability
3. Full-Time Volunteers
- Take on key leadership roles within the organizing team
- Work closely with the core team on execution and management
- Gain in-depth experience in sustainability event planning
Eligibility & Skills
- Open to individuals aged 18 and above
- Passion for sustainability and community impact
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to commit to the chosen role’s timeframe
- Specific skills required for certain roles (e.g., photography, social media, logistics)
Compensation:
Non-Paid Contribution.
Based on Performance, Post-Event Completion at the respective cities.
