1. General Policy
SPINFEST operates under the Trackhawk Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to various charitable causes. All proceeds from ticket sales, donations, and virtual sessions directly support our mission and initiatives. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any payments made.
2. Ticket Purchases
a. No Refunds
- All tickets purchased for SPINFEST events are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
b. Transferability
- Tickets are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please contact our support team at support@spinfest.org at least 48 hours before the event to arrange the transfer.
c. Event Cancellation or Postponement
- In the unlikely event that SPINFEST is canceled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified via email. Tickets for a postponed event will be valid for the rescheduled date. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be given the option to donate the ticket value to the Trackhawk Foundation or receive a credit for future events.
3. Donations
a. No Refunds
- All donations made to the Trackhawk Foundation via spinfest.org are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
b. Acknowledgment
- Donors will receive an acknowledgment email confirming their donation. This acknowledgment serves as a receipt for tax purposes.
4. Virtual Sessions
a. No Refunds
- Payments for virtual sessions, including webinars, workshops, and other online events, are non-refundable. Once registered, participants cannot cancel or request a refund for the session.
b. Access and Participation
- If you are unable to attend a virtual session, you may transfer your access to another individual by notifying our support team at support@spinfest.org at least 24 hours before the session.
5. Merchandise Sales
a. No Refunds
- All merchandise sales through spinfest.org are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products sold.
b. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at support@spinfest.org within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a credit for the defective item.
6. Cancellation by SPINFEST
SPINFEST reserves the right to cancel any event, virtual session, or order for any reason. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling, transferring, or crediting your purchase towards future events or sessions.
